A monthly dose of 3D art-related stuff by Pablo Munoz Gomez

Alight, we're going to kick start our next project with some really quick tests that I've been doing to figure out the simplest and 'less technical way of producing some assets that we can use for a concept in a 3D Scene.

Here is a very-low res mesh of the 3D Print of my Zombie and I think it is pretty decent for a 10 to 15 min effort haha:

I've tested a few Apps and software to scan objects and others to build the meshes from multiple photos (photogrammetry). There are lots of really good resources online and in case you are interested in that sort of stuff...  And let's be honest, for high quality scanned objects something like MegaScan is probably the best option. However, there are times when I want to create a specific look or have the ability to add my own custom object to the scene before rendering for a concept.
